I am so excited to update you guys on this. Esmée collaborated with the dutch DJ Erik Arbores, if you don’t know him you should check out his story, and they made a dutch charity song for Dance4Life.

The single is titled “dance4life (now dance)” and it will be released November 28 (one day after my birthday!). All the profits will go to Dance4Life, which is a dutch organisation who raises money and awareness for HIV/AIDS. You can listen to the full song and check out the lyrics below. Esmée wrote the lyrics for the song!

The lyrics are very Esmee-esque. Reminds me a little of Crazy Place, written in prose. Her voice is rich and full. I’m liking it.

Mmm, It’s good to see Esmée back in the spotlight but what do you all think of the lyrics?

I know it’s a dance song but they seem really cheap and clichée to me? Like we’ve heard it all before, but just a little bit better?

  3. Mbase Says:

It’s just a Dance4life-track, so it’s not meant to be a worldwide smashhit. I think it’s okay and fun, nothing more and nothing less.

  4. Lindsey Says:

I think it’s a good song for the audience they are aiming at. Dance4Life is an event for high school students from 10-14 years old.

  5. FENNY Says:

Goed gedaan Esmée, goede doel, je mama

  6. Mbase Says:

Am I the only one who just love the fact Esmée’s mom is checkin’ out this website? Esmée is blessed with a mom like her!

  7. Thijs Says:

    Happy Birthday Lindsey!! Enjoy!
