The big question for every Esmée fan is: 'when will we get new music?' - It's been a while since we heard new music from Esmée but she is currently working on her second studio album "Screaming Out Loud" (working title) in London. She also work in studios in New York and Miami. Last we heard it will be released Summer 2012 world wide. Her first single will be "City Lights".

Esmée Denters, a dutch 23 year old singer/songwriter, discovered - as one of the first - throughout Youtube over 6 years ago. She already worked with one of the best songwriters/producers in the world including Ryan Tedder, Toby Gab, Timbaland and of course Mr. Timberlake himself. She is now ready to take over the world with her second album "Screaming Out Loud" which is all about "growth and maturity" with a pop/r&b/rock/dance sound.

Esmée recently announced she was planning on doing a cover of “It Will Rain” by Bruno Mars. She just uploaded the cover on her youtube channel a few hour ago and it’s awsome! Be sure to watch the cover below, and comment on youtube to let Esmée know what you think! You can download the converted file to add to your ipod/mp3 over here.
What do you think of the cover? We really love it, it’s great Ben Cullum is playing the keys again and it makes me more excited for “Screaming Out Loud“!

I said it on YT, and I’ll repeat it here. She should be collecting Emmys instead of some other people. This performance is Edele, or better, quality. ( I do like Edele though). There’s room enough for the both of them at the top. Hmmm, a collab would be over the top wouldn’t it. :-)

Who knows, next year: Esmée winning a grammy for best newcomer? Dream big right? I hope there will be a ballad as well with Screaming Out Loud and Ben on the keys, they are both killing it with the latest covers <3

Esmée booked so much progress. Really like her covers of Without You and It Will Rain. This type of music fits her perfect in my opinion. Thanks for uploading the cover as a mp3 file. I’ll put it on my iPod!
